How long does a ReFrame booth take to set up?

About 12 minutes for a backwall — one person, no tools. Everything ships flat and arrives ready to build.

Can one person set it up alone?

Yes. There is no crew, no rigging and no tool kit. Each module is light enough to hand-carry into the hall, and the system assembles without tools — which is the whole reason it exists.

What size booth can I build?

Each backwall module is 38″ wide × 88″ high × 20″ deep. Three modules make a standard 10 ft backwall; six make a 20 ft.

You can start with a single wall and add modules later — the system is designed to be added to rather than replaced.

What is ReFrame made of?

Indoor displays pair a hardwood plywood structure with printed Falcon Board panels.

ReFrame Outdoor uses ¼″ PureBond plywood from Columbia Forest Products — American-grown hardwood bonded with a formaldehyde-free, soy-based technology — UV clear-coated on both faces, so panels can be flipped for a true double-sided booth.

Can I reuse the booth at the next show with new graphics?

That is the point of it. The frame stays; the printed panels come off and new ones go on.

Reprints, replacement panels, repair parts and finish upgrades all go through ReFrame Restock & Repair.

What does a ReFrame display cost?

Displays start at $395 for a narrow shelf and $450 for an outdoor A-frame. Backwall modules start at $690 each, and a full configuration runs to roughly $6,400 depending on size, finish and how much print coverage you choose.

Standard maple is the included finish; ebony, mahogany and custom faux veneers cost more.

How long does it take to get?

Standard orders ship in 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Custom ReFrame builds typically take 3–6 weeks.

Do I have to supply my own artwork?

No. Send print-ready files if you have them, or add Art Generation ($150) and AOSA builds them for you — most artwork is turned around within an hour.

Can a ReFrame display go outside?

The indoor system uses Falcon Board, which is rated for indoor use only — do not leave it outdoors.

ReFrame Outdoor is the version built for it: UV clear-coated American plywood, finished front and back. Sandbags ($25 a pair, shipped unfilled) ballast outdoor stands against wind.

What is the carbon footprint of a ReFrame booth?

7.586 kg CO₂e per backwall module, or 22.758 kg CO₂e for a standard 10 ft backwall.

That is a cradle-to-gate (A1–A3) figure plus on-site manufacturing energy, broken out line by line — plywood, Falcon Board, packaging, printing and cutting — with a printable ESG report on the backwall product page.
