Breakdown
ReFrame Outdoor Banner Stand
A reusable flat-pack double-sided stand for storefronts, sidewalks, breezeways, and outdoor activations. Hardrock maple plywood, UV clear-coated, built to last across seasons.
Hardrock maple face with a poplar solid core, UV clear-coated on both sides. Domestically grown and manufactured — every panel is 1/4 inch hardwood plywood from a single supplier we know by name.
Standard hardrock maple plywood panels. Single-sided printing is included. Add reverse-side printing when the stand will be seen from both directions — common for sidewalks and double-fronted storefronts.
All finishes are UV clear-coated on the hardrock maple face for outdoor use. Faux finishes are printed onto the maple substrate; the structural plywood underneath is identical.
Recommended for windy storefronts, sidewalk locations, and any high-traffic outdoor placement. Sandbags sit across the bottom rail and ballast the stand without showing from the front.
Every stand ships with your graphics professionally printed onto hardrock maple plywood panels. Choose how your artwork gets made.
The Reframe Outdoor Double Sided Stand is built for outdoor environments — sidewalks, breezeways, storefront entries, cafe patios, pop-up activations. Two main 20 inch x 46.375 inch panels and a 20 inch x 28 inch header panel (12 inches visible per side) sit in a hinged hardrock maple plywood frame that packs flat for easy storage between uses.
Every panel is 1/4 inch domestically grown hardwood plywood — hardrock maple face, poplar solid core — UV clear-coated on both sides. Built for reuse across seasons and campaigns rather than disposed of after a single weekend.
Print templates, assembly instructions, and product sheets for the Reframe Outdoor Double Sided Stand. Templates are sized to the exact main panel (20 in x 46.375 in) and header panel (20 in x 28 in) print areas.
The stand ships flat-packed and assembles tool-free. Open the hinge, slot the main panels into the side rails, and seat the header panel across the top. Two people make it faster, but one is enough.
Open the frame
Lift the stand upright and open the hinge to set your working angle.
Slot the main panels
Slide each 20 x 46.375 main panel into the side rails. Panels are reversible for double-sided printing.
Seat the header panel
Place the 20 x 28 header panel across the top — it locks the frame and provides additional graphic space, with 12 inches visible on each side.
Add ballast (recommended outdoors)
Lay the sandbag set across the bottom rail. The bags sit hidden from front view and keep the stand stable in light wind.

How this is calculated
Built as a transparent, editable estimate.
Each material line is the quantity bought × a published emission factor. Each production line is the machine’s run time × its power draw × the EPA eGRID2023 grid factor for California (CAMX, 0.195 kg CO₂e/kWh), where AOSA’s shop runs.
Boundary: cradle-to-gate materials (A1–A3) plus on-site manufacturing energy. Excludes outbound freight, installation travel, storage, use and end-of-life. Wood and paper figures are fossil emissions only — carbon stored in the plywood is not credited.
Supplier-calculated estimate for ESG and procurement documentation — not a third-party verified EPD. Source model: Reframe_Master_2026carbon.xlsx, 21 Sep 2026 (Zünd G3 max draw; U.S. 2020 corrugated LCA).
