KROCHET KIDS: Reclaimed Stand Alone Point of Purchase Display

 

AoSA was excited to collaborate and work with Krochet Kids as they act to pioneer a movement to make humanitarian aid completely obsolete.  Through a unique model they are empowering the women of Northern Uganda with the assets, skills, and knowledge to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.  With this investment into true empowerment they are breaking the cycle of poverty and dependence on outside humanitarian aid. 

AoSA was brought on to create 100 point of purchase table-top banners for all of the stores to carry the new Krochet Kids line.  AoSA created a wood frame made from reclaimed wood and printed on natural canvas.  Printed with water based inks these banners help tell the story of the women behind the Krochet Kids hats helping and empowering her and her family; as we buy a hat ultimately changing a life. 

HOW THE CHANGE WAS MADE

 

As Krochet Kids provide jobs so that women can meet the present needs of their families, educate them so that they develop beyond the need for outside aid, provide mentorship to help each lady plan a unique and sustainable career path for their future; AoSA will continue to venture on creating a sustainable environment for humans that has a long-term maintenance of well being, that is environmental, economic, and encompasses the concept of union.  The result is long lasting and sustainable change.
